    FAQ
    1. How many times user have for check ships, switching cannons, study of the ship and what on board in the ship?
    Ship changes is not allowed. They can only change the ship design. When user exploded after that the player can change the design.

    2. The ships will be the choice (Gal, citadel, Aegis...) or some specific?
    If they want! Yes!

    3. processors of camouflage?
    The Camouflage is not working in this map.

    4. what will happen to the presence of boosters (though opponents will be released on the equal it is important to know)
    The boosters which can buy via market will be ready to usage in every ship. So every ship will have the equal options.

    5. what client for communication will be used, what requirements it - whether it is General available for listening channel, whether it's our choice (TC3, where players are used to communicate)
    we have a TS address for this event. I will send the infos about it.

    6. time of event? (CET +2)
    TR time zone it is 18:00

    7. what is arena map, what size? What is tolerance?
    It is same the 4-4 (PvP)maps

    8. how to sign CORRECTLY for tournament?
    We do not have any link to sign up. When you send us the teams IDs we will send the ship user credentials

    9. what time (the duration of tournament per match)?
    5 minutes for each rounds. The match will have 3 rounds. Who won the 2 rounds will be the winner. If there are no exploded ship in the round the round will start again.
    For example A team has 4 ship and B team has 4 ships .. etc.

    10. Just want to see if players have a choice of bullets. Because depends on the configuration of the game panel. And it is better to think in advance.

    11. announce a clear list of rules in case of contradictions or disputes - where to go?
    will be sent some small tips to ICM

    13. will the tracking of bugs?
    If the users can find some bug just tell them to inform us ;) we are expecting to know if there is some problem

    14. On which server?
    The accounts created on TR3 (Instance 210 ) and TR6 (Instance 671 )

    15. What happens if some languages doesn’t sign up?
    If xxx languages do not sign up the conf. page then we will organize this championship with the participating countries.

    16. Do the ICMs need to be present during their matches?
    No they do not need to be in there. Because I will be online during the twitch stream in the office

    17. Do the ICM gather a team consisting of their admins or is this open to all players?
    This is open for all players and if admins want to join, then yes for them too

    18. You might want to specify clearly what tasks the individual ICM have in this connection ?
    They are only responsible for to find the team (5 people) and we will send the account username and passwords and he/she will give it to their team. And closing the accounts after the matches. IF they want to use one of their admins for this steps. Then they can send me an e-mail who will take care of this.

    19. Do they have to gather a language team on their own?
    They can ask the team for help of course.

    20. how many player will be in a team?
    5 main players and 2 alternate players

    21. What are the restrictions during the tournament, e.g. what auxiliary ammo/boosters can or cannot players use?
    They will have all boosters and ammos and etc.

    22. Where players will meet before we give to the developers the list of nicknames, ID’s, etc.? And also, how players be notified about teams, that was chosen on the tournament? Developers will ask us to send mails to players from support?
    We will be keep in touch with the players via OTRS . We just Need to received this infos : Instance 387: BP_ARTEMİS / ID: 164487027 / Bigpoint ID: 314270673

    22.1. Where we need to submit players, after we contact with chosen teams? If in Team Speak – in what address? If players will need password – how much time we must wait for information to send players?

    Acording to Confluence Page We have a Official Team Speak for this contact. Passwords and the TS IP Adress will be givien by us via OTRS as I answered previous question. But We will send the e-mail which is written in the account in DO ACP. Otherwise if the player is using another e-mail we do not accept any responsibility.

    22.2 How much time is allocate for players to prepare their ships on tournament?
    We will give the accounts to the players 30 minutes before the matches.

    23. There is a FAQ with full description of ships, battle-maps and rules (very important)?
    You can read the FAQ in here : https://confluence.bigpoint.net/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=572523428 also we do not have any extra penalty rules. All rules in FQA are enough for this tournament.

    24. What a the requirements to a Russian administration in terms of organization? Shall we be present somewhere (in TS for example) to control the tournament process?
    IF you can find one person who can speak English is enough to keep the communication between team and DO TR CM. This point is current for every countries.

    25. Will whether considered insults, humiliations etc. against teams during tournament -translation by other peoples? (In official message we provided an opportunity to send request for translation by any player - so who will take care of the order in that case?)

    25.1 Official message does not clarify in what language players need to send the requests for translation conduct? Can they write on Russian or any other language of former USSR countries and near-abroad countries?

    26. Can we get information about the tournament map, rules on this map and etc. in order to be able organizing our own RU tournament on Russian servers only?

    27. Have the organizer of the tournament give a firm guaranty that all the given information will not change in the last moment, like last time (TR vs. RU in Feb. 2016)? In first match between Russia and Turkey we were force to search for information by ourselves. There were lots of emails from our side with dozens of questions about this event instead of immediately getting the an FAQ and the whole instructions, which we should get before the information about match was announced on forum.

    28. Also, there’s a huge language barrier in communication- For instance, yesterday, when we was in TeamSpeak with the TR team, we again faced a language barrier, and also several restrictions on taking part in the tournament, e.g. the inability of choosing a nickname on team-ships, which we needed to know in advance.
    PS: we will change the tournament ship nicknames with the same which user gave us the user ID.

    29. Can the moderators represent their country and participate in the tournament?
    Yes of course we do not have any barrier for the moderator teams. IF they want to join this tournament then they can
