Negative uridium balance

    I was collecting golden pirate boxes, auto buying keys with uridium. I just collected a box and jumped from a gate to see all my uridium got deleted and i had -25k uridium. Also just sent a ticket, i wasn't sure how active the support/devs are to help such cases so i wanted to make a post about it too. Did anyone else experienced similar thing and did it get resolved or should i just accept it and move on?[​IMG]

    Hi,

    You can get out of negative value by earning Uridium. You can do this by destroying NPCs, completing GG gates, or finishing quests that reward Uridium.
