Negative uridium balance

I was collecting golden pirate boxes, auto buying keys with uridium. I just collected a box and jumped from a gate to see all my uridium got deleted and i had -25k uridium. Also just sent a ticket, i wasn't sure how active the support/devs are to help such cases so i wanted to make a post about it too. Did anyone else experienced similar thing and did it get resolved or should i just accept it and move on?

You can get out of negative value by earning Uridium. You can do this by destroying NPCs, completing GG gates, or finishing quests that reward Uridium.
